Brief Introduction:

This is a mod that is all about new enchantments that are too not vanilla like (at least for me).

Specifically an enchanting mod that focuses only on new enchantment that is not a vanilla variant (Water Aspect if you know what enchantment is this) or a vanilla enhanced (Advanced Sharpness if you also know this one) one.

Since its pretty tiring to write all the enchantments here, you can just download this text file that contains some of the enchantments that are here (disclaimer: some that are not in NEE can also appear). They are pretty detailed (things like rarity, damage, down to the precise value if not exact) so it took me some time to write it. This text file will be updated regularly, just see its version to know if the .txt you own is outdated.
