Makes sugarcane and cactus (1.14.4+ only) growth configurable.
- Lets you choose between vanilla growth mechanics or kelp-like growth.
- Lets you choose max height, and age.

Yes. Unless <X>'s license is incompatible with this mod's, which is unlikely.
