FNaF Universe (CANCELLED)

PLEASE READ:

So, it's been a very long time since anything has occurred involving the FNaF Universe Mod. For anyone who doesn't know of my YouTube channel, I announced to my followers that the FNaF Universe Mod has been discontinued. Yes, this is true. We are unsure if we will ever release the last build I showed in my last YouTube video on this mod, which featured Withered Chica and other new content. The reason why I cannot release this build is because of it being severely incomplete. Ryan, Unwithered Chica and Withered Freddy were still missing animations and would just slide around, the AI was still very broken and not in a state that we were okay with, and there were a whole lot of other issues that I can't remember, but they were critical enough for us to not want to release the version. Now, onto the reasons as to why the mod has been cancelled: Lack of motivation, and a lack of interest in FNaF among Java coders. We had tried several times to find assistance when it came to coding, as I myself was, and still am, a very inexperienced coder who barely knows anything about Java. The only coder we came across who was willing to help me out of the kindness of their heart was SoggyMustache, my dear friend. Sadly, he has moved on from coding as a whole, and so have I. Secondly, the lack of motivation from our team was quite a killer of progress. Most of us are above the age of 18, and we all have important life things to deal with, and simply have no time to continue working on this mod. Around the later days of August, me and my team members had decided to call it quits, as we had not released anything at all in the past 7-8 months, and we have all been much happier people ever since, as we no longer had to deal with the stresses of working on this project. The mod was such a huge source of stress for me especially, as the leader, since I felt the need to keep everything moving, and seeing nothing happening at all was a huge burden for me. I apologize for leaving all of you in the dark about this for about 3 months after it happened, but the FNaF Universe Mod, is officially cancelled... indefinitely. It was a good run, and we bid you farewell and wish for your safety during this pandemic ridden year.

For anyone still interested in using the last available version of the mod: The FNaF Universe Mod is FULLY DEPENDENT on BookwormAPI. The mod will NOT work without it. Please install BookwormAPI alongside the FNaF Universe Mod in order to play. Thank you!
