Infinitely Tweakable Armor

ITA Allows for great customization of armors both in games and through a powerful config.  Pack makers can define their own materials in the config, assign them various properties (protection, durability, enchantability, etc)  along with special "traits" on a per material basis.  Or players can download the mod just play with the default config.
