/template: spawn in a structure (<Optional:modid>:structureName) located under assets/modid/structures

/structures: shows the nearest structure (registered with this mod) with the given name

Also adds a gamerule ("showBoundingBox") which shows the bounding box of the last visited structure (registered with this mod).
