Recommended RAM:
4-6GB allocated (Personally I use 4.5GB and have 8GB in total, it runs fine)

Just to mention, you start with breaking Netherrack.


Type: Expert

This is not your classic "Expert Pack", you'll actually have a hard time(if you're not a veteran) thinking and surviving. Enjoy!

 

Your race got erased by the gods and you are the last survivor(s) of your kind.
You want revenge and have to survive in what is left on Earth or wherever you are.

 

What can you expect from this pack?
- Disabled (Health)Regen

- Hardcore(Made like that in mind, yet it's up to you)

- Beefed Up Mobs

This modpack uses primarily 2 Mob Mods, Lycanite's Mobs & Dungeonmobs.

The whole spawning System is going to be changed to prevent EntityBombs.

Nearly every Mob is a Champion, which means they have increased Stats(Health, Damage, Armor etc.)
In this pack is Scaling Health included. Mobs are going to scale with your Actions (Diff. increase over Time is disabled), Harming Passive Entities causes hard Diff. increases (Lore Reasons)

- (Somewhat) Decent RPG System

The RPG System contains Quality Loot, LevelUp & LevelHP.

Quality Loot allows me to add in-Depth Control for Weapons, Tools & Armor via Qualities(WIP).

LevelUP Legacy does grant you the ability to focus on specific aspects (Defense, Melee, Archery, Smelting etc.).

And LevelHP will grant you more Health if you decide to fight. Defeating Hostile Enemies grant you seperate Experience Points which will increase your Health after a time(you'll keep all Hearts after dieing)

- Hardly Modified Recipes(still in work)

Recipes are only barrely changed in this Pack.
They are already hard enough due to the Mobs, yet some are still going to be staged.
e.g. Before you can start Botania you have to have started Blood Magic and such.
This is made for 1 Reason:
You should acknowledge every Mod, you should not just use 1 Mod and ignore every Mod and try beating this Pack with just this 1 favourite Mod...

Every changed Recipe is changed with a Reason, partially for progression(keep in mind you spawn in the Nether) and some to force you(The Player) into a specific direction.

 

 

Possible Questions Answered(PQA):

 

Q: What do you mean with "It's up to you" at Hardcore?

A: I won't force the Player to play in Hardcore, this Pack even includes a GraveStone Mod for those Players. It's up to you, if you want an actual World to play or a Challenge.

 

Q: Since Mobs are very brutal, I can't really gather Materials to fight nor to build a Base, what to do?
A: Starting with version 0.2 there'll be a way to get Materials for a Base without Terraforming/destroying your Environment . And according to fight... git gud scrub.

 

Q: Is there an actual goal in this Pack?

A: Defeat all Bosses and acquire all Machinery  in the Pack
