Disables enemy player telegraphs when you're not flagged for PvP, as not to confuse you with NPC telegraphs.
What is FrenemyTelegraphs?
FrenemyTelegraphs toggles enemy player telegraphs based on your PvP flag. If you're flagged, you'll see them as if they're any other enemy telegraph. If you're not flagged, rejoice in not being confused by enemy players attacking while you're fighting an enemy NPC!
