Additional bar indicator for Grid.

This addon now includes an "Unit Power" status. This status tracks unit's power (mana / rage / energy / focus and runic power) and enable the bar to be used as a mana bar.

The bar indicator is highly configurable (see screenshots) and can be used to display:

Bar values - obviously
Color values - with a colored full bar
Text values - via the bar text
Stacks values - also via the bar text
Cooldowns / Duration values - with an animated bar

Each of these components can be individually enabled to customize the bar to your liking.

The bar can also expose some optional standalone indicators:

Additional Bar Color, which can be used to override the color of the main status.
Additional Bar Text, which can be used to override the text of the main status.

With these indicators, the bar can be used to display up to 3 status at the same time.
