Loot History Fix

I'm discontinuing this addon with WoW 8.0(BfA), since the removal of master looter and group rolls makes the loot frame useless anyway.

This little addon fixes some minor bugs in the ingame Loot History (/loot):

• Since 7.0 resize and drag button are overlapped by the internal scroll frame. We bring it back to the front.
• During rolls assigned loot could sometime end up in the wrong player bag. We make sure, that the right player will get it.
